What types of aesthetic clinics do you work with? We exclusively work with medical aesthetic clinics and medically qualified practitioners. Our team has extensive experience in the medical aesthetics industry and understands the specific needs, standards and requirements of these clinics. This is our area of expertise and our preferred way of working, By focusing solely on medical aesthetics, we can ensure we provide the highest level of knowledgeable, professional and specialised support to every clinic we work with.

How does virtual support work? Our virtual support works seamlessly alongside your clinic. We securely access the systems you already use, including your booking/CRM systems, social media accounts and WhatsApp, allowing us to manage enquiries and support your clients remotely, just as an in-house team member would. We can also answer and transfer calls on your behalf, either using your existing clinic number or a dedicated number that we allocate to your clinic. This means your clients can speak to a real member of our team while you get on with running your clinic.

Will I have a dedicated person looking after my clinic? You will have a dedicated team looking after your clinic, rather than relying on just one individual. This means your clinic is always supported, even if your usual team member is on holiday or off sick. Our team works closely together and gets to know your clinic, your treatments, your systems and the way you like things done. This gives you the benefit of consistent, reliable support without the worry of gaps in cover.
